Buffalo is re-signing LB Matt Milano to a four-year, $44 million contract that includes $24 million guaranteed, per source. Milano is willing to forego free agency for another run at the Super Bowl

It's going to be very interesting to see how this affects Edmunds and his 5th year option, as well as how we approach the draft.

I really like Milano but he needs to stay on the field.

Holy crap! I'd have bet heavily against this move happening.

Want surprise.  Go look at the tackles being released.

Was on the phone with a colleague, in the middle of discussing a boring new project, so of course I go and scroll through my feed because....OMG, this call is so boooring...saw the news and screamed top of my lungs into the phone into my poor co-workers ear. LOL.

BIG. BALLER. BEANE (and a little help from a down market).

Way Way WAYYYY too much for a guy with health issues. Not sure about this one.

I disagree. He’s had injuries but I don’t feel at this point he’s “injury prone.” He’s not EJ Gaines.

+1

Way too early to tag him with that label, especially at his age.

As we painfully learned this year on the DL, swapping out guys with those who are of similar production on paper doesn't always translate into a better team on the field.  Milano is clearly a difference maker on this defense and so keeping him at this price makes sense to me.
