Back east, my sister always hosted this holiday and provided the feast.  I was tired of missing out on that so yesterday I made my first ever attempt at a corned beef and cabbage dinner and other than the soda bread falling apart somewhat, it was a hit.

 

Will be an annual tradition going forward.
