Bell. The Niners are #2 against the run, and Burkhead is hit-or-miss as it is. 

Edit: Actually, Denver is #3 against the run. I'd still go with Bell and the high-powered offense in this one.

I'd scour the waver wires, but gun to my head I would take Bell. Cam is the #1 runner for the Patsies.

I haven't started a *Patriots RB since Corey Dillon.  Go with Bell.  Especially if it's a PPR league.  Andy may want to showcase his new toy.

I'd go with Kupp, then Higgins. I think the Rams game is more likely to be the shootout and Kupp always gets targets.

I had Marsha starting and Herbert on my bench. I lost by 20.

I stashed Herbert in most leagues for the bye and playoffs. My starter in all is Josh, who (hopefully) will be rested the final game or two. Still, Herbert is a clear QB1 to me right now, so long as Keenan Allen is healthy. Moreso when Ekeler comes back.

San Diego's schedule for fantasy playoffs (weeks 13-17): Falcons, Raiders, Broncos, Chiefs. Yum.
