Is it Blue or Bleu Cheese?

Blue or Bleu? I always thought it was Bleu.

 

However you choose to spell it is fine with me as long as you don't spell it, Ranch.

They are both correct.  "Bleu" is just the French translation of "blue".

 

The posted image also isn't displaying (at least for me).
