Tragically Hip "New" Album

New songs thought to be long lost from the Road Apples album sessions have been released.  The original title for 1991's Road Apples was to be "Saskadelphia" as a double album but the record company made them cut some songs and change the "too canadian" album title.  A nice treat for hip fans.

Was a guy on Buffalo radio years ago telling a story that featured the Hip.

 

He and a buddy were out barhopping and found a couple Canadian girls. They were in the girls' car, and a song he didn't recognize was playing. He asked about it, and was told that it was the Tragically Hip. He responded: 'They Tragically Suck'.

 

Yeah, he and his buddy had to walk after that.
