Where have I been?  I will tell you where I have never been and that is Erie PA.  I’m a lot smarter than that. 
 

But to be honest I’ve discovered TikTok. There is some incredibly great content there (yes some real stupid shit too) and at a max of 60 seconds they play well to my ADD.

TikTok will not help you time your hard boiled eggs. They have this real cool thing out now that will help with that. It’s called a timer. 
 

1.  Cover your eggs with cold water. 
2.  Bring to a boil take off the heat and cover. Let stand for 10 minutes (this is where that timer thing comes into play)

3. Drain, cover with cold water. When cold water turns warm cover with more cold water until chilled
