NFLPA advised agents they are permitted to enter into NIL marketing agreements with college players

So is there any reason why agents won't start signing high school players?  Obviously the biggest decision in a college players life is which school they attend.

There are always those ready and willing to take advantage of the naive. Sometimes, people really suck.

Nope. They’ll be signed. Especially given that Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, and Soccer players often go pro directly from high school.

Saban says 'Bama QB nearing 'seven figures' in endorsements

by: Jesse Pantuosco Radio.com: WEEI

Alabama coach Nick Saban says sophomore quarterback Bryce Young is already nearing “seven figures” in endorsement money thanks to new NCAA rules allowing student athletes to profit off their name, image and likeness (NIL).

So glad he'll now be able to afford a pizza on Friday night!*

* note:  no objection whatsoever to this kid earning what he can freely negotiate, but the narrative all along has been about solving for the 'poor college kids who make millions for the school but can't afford to eat when the dinning hall is closed', so I'm curious as to how the rule changes are going to help the 99.9% of the kids who won't be signing NIL deals.
