Sometimes a little embellishment isn't a bad motivator. It's not always the BEST motivator, but I have had to use it sometimes when I was expecting an employee to be a Destination C with a project and he's just rounding the corner of Destination A.

It may also be McDermott making a passive-aggressive point about the importance of getting vaccinated a whole lot sooner than Dion did. He really can't afford to have Beasley in the hospital for four days.

Yes, but my point is McDermott would have preferred he (and everyone else) would have been vaccinated sooner. Certainly a few weeks before camp started.
