The Taliban are miffed because the US military helicopters left in the 'stan are inoperable.  Whatever will they do?  Rumor has it the former vice president will send military mechanics to remedy this egregious oversight.  At least he promised he'd do it.

 

Oh wait, his promises aren't worth pidgeon droppings....

Last I checked, the Taleban didn't fix the Pentagon or rebuild the WTC, either.

 

I'm perfectly willing to fix those helos, once they get around to paying for those damages.
