So, this is Joes fault right?

I'm not sure what you're getting at but Baltimore is literally ground zero for every bad liberal policy decision made in the last 70 years.  You wanna know what the results are of unfettered Democrat rule is?   Let Baltimore be your guide.

Finally.

That thing was hanging around for quite a while.

From the article...

Approximately 4,000 primarily from Volkswagen Group brands, including Porsche and Lamborghini, were onboard and being shipped from Germany to the U.S. when the ship caught fire for still unconfirmed reasons, although some have suspected it may have been caused by a battery in one of the electric vehicles in the shipment.

Yup, let's all put one or 2 of those in our garage!

Probably not as big a risk if you're not spraying your garage with salt water.

Salt spray has nothing to do with it, the problem with lithium is simple, heat.... Whether it's a short circuit in the battery that creates it, overcharging, or charging too fast without proper cooling; either of those scenarios can start it on fire, and once it does, you can't put it out. Even in power tools, the electronics in either the battery or the tool limits how fast you discharge the battery, another thing that can cause it to overheat (see short above).

It's also why there are special transportation regulations for them, in order to isolated them and limit the possible damage when one does light up....

Well, she might have a point. It is all the 'printing' that is directly relatable to inflation. At the very least, more so than .gov spending anyways.
