When did the Non-skins dump Dustin Hopkins?  I thought he was always pretty solid for them.   I thought the RedZone guy was confused earlier when he said Hopkins was kicking for the Chargers.

I've only passively watched this half, but Herbert has looked awful.

Something is off, because several throws have been no where near his receivers.  And, only 4 Chargers have targets in the game.
