Which, as an aside, makes me wonder: how come no one's called end-of-game kneel-downs "The Kaepernick Formation" yet?  

 

I'd actually prefer that to "victory formation," which grates on me something awful.  But I'm still surprised no one's decided to "honor" him with that yet.  I think I'll try to get that started.

Theismann would be wrong that a "Commander" is a rank for a lot of different branches. Unless it is a rank in the Space Force I believe it's limited to the Navy. It would most likely be appropriate to dump "Anchors Away" and substitute "In The Navy". With that in mind I think the name change would help unify the team. Not sure what might happen during "bi-week" but I can picture all the arguments about who has whose back.

Commander is also a rank in Cobra, as in Cobra Commander. So, maybe?

It's a good thing the got rid of "Bullets" so the city would be safer.  That worked just like they planned.
