I thought if Ja'mar had just made one step towards the middle of the field, he would of drew the defender into his blocker and that might have been all he needed to continue down the sideline.

I'd say below average on both sides of the ball.   They've made a living using Chase to move defenses around.  I mean,  Spain starts for them.
