Go Bills greeting

Anyone else do this, you see someone in a store, they have something Bills on, and as you pass you just say "Go Bills" they usually reply, and you just keep walking? My wife thinks it's strange. 

 

Do any other team fans do something similar?

It didnt happen that much when I lived in Rochester, but now that I am down here in TN, if someone is a Bills fan and they see me with my hat, they will say Go Bills, and then that typically leads to a conversation about how and where you are from etc.

 

As for other teams, I dont think so, as you think you would have seen that around, but maybe we just arent noticing

Almost every time I'm in a store with my Bills mask on (in CNY). Every now and again they actually try to start a short conversation.

I always say "Go Bills" !

Penn State fans are the only ones that I know with something similar.

 

When they pass each other; one will say "we are" and the response will be "Penn State"

I said Go Bills once to a truck driver that was delivering freight to our warehouse. He replied in what I believe was a Baltic country accent. I not know who they are. Just love  com fort bull hat

I was driving this weekend in Northern Idaho. Have a Bills sticker on the back of my truck. A car from Florida pulls up next to me, honking and yelling. I roll down my window and everyone in the car is screaming "GO BILLS!!!"

 

In Nothern Idaho. Which is what you see when you look up BFE in the urban dictionary.

All the time, there's only a handful of bills fans I've met here but always greet them.

all the time! And like you, especially in airports, grocery stores etc..that is the end of the conversation..simple Go Bills! My wife thinks its nuts too, but then she married to me for 24 years..who is the nuts one?

I say it all the time here in NC. If I go out in public wearing any Bills attire, I'm surprised if I don't get a few Go Bills along the way. I even got a Go Bills from a random passerby in Brussels.

Yep, I say it or other fans say "Go Bills" all the time here in Florida. Lots of NYS transplants down here
