Sorry, this one is on me.  I booked a hotel room in LA just hours before kickoff and was looking up flights for SB weekend.

No idea. I sat in my spot on the sofa.

I wore my three Bills gear items but... the wife found the viagra and hid it on me. So it's all my fault.

Two reasons actually.  I did not go to church yesterday.  The wife has been sick and I did not want to expose anybody there to her bug and did not want to risk picking anything up.  I have been doing well in that respect.  The second reason is I did not do my normal pregame Vulcan zen.  I just think about the game and nothing else but yesterday my mind drifted.  Sorry to all.

Sounds like she was a sore winner after last week

Because I actually thought they could win.

Because I was foolish enough to trust the Bills defense could hold on for 13 seconds

Nothing. I did everything right.

I wasn't on the field in the last 13 seconds. I would have man-covered Kelce like a fly on *bleep.*

That's my fault, and I apologize.

Not a jinx -- but serious foreshadowing:

Mrs. snafu sent me to her preferred grocery store to get food for the game.  I complained about going to an unfamiliar store because I spend extra time wandering through the aisles looking for stuff.  I compared it to a "road game".  I always call unfamiliar grocery stores "road games".

While shopping at the road game, "Sundown" by Gordon Lightfoot came on.  You don't hear that song often, do ya?  So I'm wandering the unfamiliar aisles singing:

"Sometimes I think its a sin

When I feel like I'm winning but I'm losing again"

This loss is SQUARELY on you!   😄

I was finally able to get a hat that I had been looking for all season, it's typically sold out. It cam in and I wore it in the first half. When I figured out what I had done wrong. I put on the hat that I had wore during all of our wins

But we lost in the 3rd half.

If no one else is going to say it, I will.

The Bills were playing lights out until @Crap Throwing Monkeywas released from the mental house.

I wasn't going to say it...but it obviously occurred to me.

I would have never brought it up if it were anyone other than you.

Made me think of that time years ago ATOP when one of the posters had someone in their family die. I don't remember the specifics; just someone commenting that "so and so just lost their mother," and your response was "Did they look under the sofa?"

You took a lot of shit for that, but you knew the person you were referring to would appreciate it.

I think that was Cindy (RIP) that he responded to.

Back to karma, the wife and I had planned to go to NYC this weekend for a concert, but weather cancelled those plans.  So now I get to stay home and maybe watch the AFCCG instead.  If the Bills had made it, I would have had to miss the game.

I was brushing the snow off my car this morning and in so doing, I snapped my (metal) Bills license plate frame into two pieces. Thank goodness there’s no game today!

You need a softer brush!

That place used to be fun.

That thread was epic but not even in the top 100 from back in the day.
