Looks like the convoy is going to head back to California at least temporarily to protest a few bills about to come up in the legislature there. It's going to be interesting how this work out since trucks are not allowed to overnight in most of the state, and they have limits on the age of trucks even allowed to operate in the state.

 

These are the bills coming up in Commiefornia and you know if they pass there, other states will soon follow

 

 

SB1464 isn't unreasonable - law enforcement shouldn't be able to pick and choose what they want to enforce.

 

The rest is bullshit.  And if SP1390 passes, there needs to be a revolution.

Not to mention prosecutorial discretion is an extremely important part of out justice system. If you get pulled over for a cracked windshield the cop can write you a ticket, or let you off with a warning. Once you have the ticket, the prosecutor can decide to drop the case, or even the judge quite likely if you show up to court with a receipt that you replaced it.

 

Yeah, our federal government since Obama has abused this, making decisions like amnesty simply because they don't agree with the law and they know they don't have the votes to change it. It's like calling for selective anarchy.

Better than this law, make it a law that all executives at every level need to follow and enforce the laws of their jurisdictions (which it is in Constitutions and charters) and more important, level a punishment to that executive for not complying.
