It was a great game. They had chances, did well  to recover from mistakes and not let England capitalize,

Agree with all of that.  For most of the game the US played right with them.  

 

Just gotta take care of business against Iran.

The 0-0 stuff is more prominent in international tournaments because these players don’t play with each other as much as league matches.  

 

It happens much much less in league matches, even in Italy surprisingly.

Yeah, blowing that lead against Wales makes it a lot harder.   Still, be good to see them forced to come up with a goal or two.

So I tuned into some World Cup action.  Eh, let me rephrase that.  I tuned into a World Cup match. 

 

Argentina vs Mexico.  The last ten minutes or so.  It's like hockey, but without a Puck, sticks, ice, body checking, or anybody trying to score

 

Okay, enough with the soccer.  FS1 can switch over to what I tuned in for

Yeah, there’s a lot more “hoof it in” type stuff, and not much sophisticated build up play internationally.
