Lessons Learned: What Do You Wish You Could Tell Your Younger Self?

What do you know about money that you wish you could tell your younger self? 
 

I'm interested to see what I can learn from responses. I’ll go first; I wish I knew to invest 10% of my income when I first started working.

I would tell myself that the yearly tuition for that extremely prestigious university was doable and not something "I could never pay back". That wages would have been more than commensurate, and I should have gone for it.

I wish I would have held on to all the investments I sold irrationally for slight gains.

I would have stayed in the Marine Corps longer, and somehow, found my wife sooner so I could love her longer

Stay the course! It gets rough at times but in the end you will have grown into a man you can be proud of and raised 3 kids that you will be proud of with a wife you will love more then than you do now. In other words I wouldnt change a thing.
