1. chicken wing soup
2. potato soup
3. seafood soup

I am not the biggest soup fan, but Hubby has some great recipes. My grandfather always said he should open up a restaurant and sell only soups.

(1) Pasta Fagioli

(2) Italian Wedding

(3) Minestrone

I'm surprised by all the French Onion Soup fans. I've always shied away from it for being a PITA to eat.

PITA to make as well..for real French Onion. MY french chef BIL makes for us for Christmas dinner...he starts simmering the marrow bones like 5 days before to make the stock...and man i can even tell you how many  onions need to cut and caramelized...its a true passion project for him, its freaking delicious, but no way will i ever make at home

Get some hearty rye bread and top with the cheese of your choice and it is great.  Yes the cheese makes it a PITA but worth the stringy cheesey taste.

Does he at least stand around randomly yelling, "NO SOUP FOR YOU!"?
