Just noticed, in another video, he actually grabs the side of his head.  Looks like they may have winged him.

CNN is now reporting that he was hit - had blood on his face when the SS let him back up.  But was conscious, signaled the crowd he was okay, and walked off under his own power.

The blood was by his ear. Might have happened when SS took him to the ground.

I heard one of the USSS agents say “shooter is down” while watching it live

it wasn’t.  That’s where he was shot.  USSS did say “shooter is down”

He grabs at the side of his head before he ducks himself, just before the SS jump on top of him.  He was hit, pretty sure.

 

Side note: Secret Service doesn't get paid enough, not for people who's job it is to take bullets for other people.

Yes. Hopefully he was just clipped in his right ear.

Looks like...but I'm going off a single video on the internet, so really, who the hell knows?  (Other than the Secret Service, corpsmen, and doctors present.)
