Just Joshin
Going for some leftover Gumbo that I made tonight. Pork with apples are a great dish. Try soaking the apples in some bourbon or better yet, apple bourbon. This adds another flavor dimension. 1
B-Man
Nothing exotic (obviously) , but good old fashioned "comfort food" My dear wife is going to Erie tomorrow, taking her sister for an MD appointment, and I am taking advantage of the situation by making me a big pot of my famous Tuna noodle casserole
