Pork chops with apples and brown sugar tomorrow night for dinner.

Season and brown pork chops (1 1/2 inch - 2”)

then put in baking dish on top of apples mixed with cinnamon and brown sugar put a few on top with a tablespoon of butter on pork chop.  
cover and bake 1 hour 30 minutes. 
 

mouth watering. 
 

what is your plan for dinner tomorrow?

Going for some leftover Gumbo that I made tonight.

 

Pork with apples are a great dish.  Try soaking the apples in some bourbon or better yet, apple bourbon.  This adds another flavor dimension.

Nothing exotic (obviously) , but good old fashioned "comfort food"

 

My dear wife is going to Erie tomorrow, taking her sister for an MD appointment,

 

and I am taking advantage of the situation by making me a big pot of my famous Tuna noodle casserole
