Wife just got back from Wegmans. Apparently, the Hylan Rd. store got a truckload of pork butts they weren't expecting. In an effort to off load them, they priced 'em @ $.69 a pound. Wife picked up 11 butts.

Making Italian sausage later.

Just don't accidentally back into the meat grinder, you don't want to get a little behind in your work.

Going to try and gain some rooom in the  freezer this week by only using things in there.. Today i am thawing out skin on, bone in chicken thighs. Anybody with some fresh ideas or recipes?

No grilling, smoking or frying though. Was thinking of some of these oven baked "fried" recipes, but hard to believe they any good!

One of my favorite sandwiches in college.

Two slices of white bread. Ham. Andy Capps Hot fries between slices of ham.

I definitely wasn't high when I concocted it. Definitely.

Heres a hot take....The way most of WNY goes on about food, especially on Twitter, you would think they are Chef Tell, Julia Child and Lidia Bastianich all rolled into one. Buffalo people know wings, pizza and roast beef sandwiches. End of list. Lets take it easy.

I was going to mention sponge' (apostrophe intentional) but the more items I listed, the less impactful the point is.

Ben Stiller, Seth Rogan, or Rob Riggle.  I can't decide which is the most unfunny
