Gotcha. I was wondering what I was missing when I watched it. I might have to take your word for it on that one as I don't have game pass or a way to record the games, so I can only watch plays that make the various highlight reels.

Yeah they called offensive PI on the play but the reception was never made. Bills would have declined the penalty if it was ruled incomplete and taken over on downs. No replay and unable to challenge inside 2 mins
