No need for heat so all we have is an air conditioner for cooling.

Nope, we live on Pine Island and hardly ever see a freeze or Temps below 40 with how close to the water we are. So we just have an in wall air conditioning unit that we are going to replace with ductless air.

 

Since my wife still gets a little cold on those occasional chilly nights I'm sure she'd appreciate a heat pump but will probably settle for a space heater
