Super Bowl show serves a different propose. My wife never watches the game but will join me to see the halftime show.

Last year we watched the Super Bowl on a cruise ship in New Zealand (that was a nice spread...). Anyhoooo some woman came with 5 minutes left on the clock in the second quarter to see the half-time show (Shakira & Jennifer Lopez - I had to look it up).  There are people who just watch the half-time show, something that must be more prevalent than I thought.

That lady had never seen a football game and she just looked at me when I told her to come back in half an hour. 😛
