2020 CFP Scramble

KD in CA

Recommended Posts

As always, it's going to be a wild last couple weeks.

I think the ACC ploy is a little shady;  obviously they are protecting Clemson from having a play a dangerous UNC team and hoping they can beat ND and get them both in.  I was hoping for a Clemson stumble and a ND-Miami ACC title game.

I'm not sure OSU (or any team who only plays 6-7 games) deserves any consideration for the playoffs.

You'd get an argument from YOLO ATOP on that. :classic_tongue:

B1G rewriting the rulebook for tOSU

I don't care about the Big 10, but they don't belong in the playoff.

Then again....neither does Florida!   That kid for LSU might have kicked the most impressive GW FG I've ever seen in college.

My guess is Notre Dame vs Alabama and Ohio St vs Clemson

Probably, but if they want to give it to Texas A&M, that's fine with me.  ND will not be competitive against Alabama.

Rose Bowl: #1 Alabama vs #4 Notre Dame

Sugar Bowl: #2 Clemson vs #3 Ohio St

#5 Texas A&M vs #6 Oklahoma

Undefeated Cincinnati gets snubbed for a 2 loss Oklahoma

*Edit: Early line, Bama by 17.5 and Clemson by 6.5

That's ridiculous, but basically designed to protect one of the power 5 from the risk of getting beat by Cincinnati.

lmao everyone told ND that they had to play 13 games in a season to level the playing field for YEARS and Ohio St gets in with half a damn season 🤡

But...but...they passed the ‘eye test!’

Great.  Nothing I wanna see more than Brian Kelly being taken to school by Saban yet again.  Alabama wins by at least 30.

I was honestly hoping to see A&M's logo pop up watching that selection show.....but no way they are going to pass up those TV ratings.

I'm not a fan of Bama or Saban, but if they beat up on Notre Dame I'll be like

I mean when your team goes 0-5 outta the gate and is now best known for raping kids...you gotta get your pleasure somewhere.
