Currently Cuomo is at 8 accusers, and Watson is at 7.  Who will end up with more?

Watson. The attorney going after him has already said he had more accusers in the wings.

Cuomo. 
people still afraid of him. He is to close to  Clinton.  No one wants to end up dead.
