How often do you poop

While we're asking all these silly questions, might as well ask this one

 

I'm pretty regular.  I drink a glass of metamucil in the morning and usually flush one down about half hour to an hour afterwards

An empty colon, is a happy colon. 

 

Usually once a day. if not then twice the next day. Been taking Metamucil once a day for the last 3 or 4 months, it's a big help. Maybe i should up it to twice?

 

I love the occasional ghost poohs you get when the fiber just right.
