Everything cost $, so I’d say spend based on how long you envision living in that house.  If this is the final stop, don’t skimp….you only live once.  Create something you’ll enjoy.

Today isn't bad, cool (84°), sunny, not as humid.

Today is only the third time I've been outside (as in the driveway) in the last two weeks. I would go outside more in January in Buffalo.

It has been the most brutal summer since we have moved here if it's worth anything...
