The offensive philosophy since McDermott came on board has always been to platoon RBs.  Motor is going to leave the field for at least half the snaps.

 

Not something I agree with - I prefer feature backs who get 25 carries and wear down a defense.  But that's not who the Bills draft, or how they play their RBs.
