Y'know, I'm thinking right now of the scene in Heat where Lt. Hanna and his detectives are at the port, trying to figure out what McCauley and his crew are scoping out, and Hanna figures out that they're doing recon on him, and says "This crew...is good."

 

And I'm thinking that Al Pacino would never say that about these officials.
