Well, the vote went to the 15th round but it was after midnight if I'm not mistaken before McCarthy got to the 216 he needed. So that means the date was 1/7, does that count?

It's not like Schiff is going to lose his access to sources, though.  He's just going to end up using them to undermine the committees.  It actually might be better to keep him on the intel committee, where they can keep an eye on him.

Remember, all they can go is ask for documents, hold meetings, and hearings. Nothing else will/can happen as they do not hold the Senate or the Presidency.

On another note, if the DOJ decides to "investigate" those documents can be withheld as an "ongoing investigation."
