For about 8 months lost 25 lbs. now with not using it I have put 15 lbs back on. also felt great when doing it. tablespoon with 12 oz of water. going to restart on Monday. also have friends that do olive oil every day. anyone do this ? going back to eating beats at least one time a week. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Scientific question, what is the mechanism for how it causes weight loss? Is it something to do with the vinegar aiding in digestion? Basically, the weak acid aids fat metabolism by increasing the rate your body burns fat, and it also is said to reduces fat storage. Whether it does so directly, or indirectly by boosting beneficial gut bacteria, is debatable.
