Mystical BS for those into that kind of thing.... 'Curse of the Music City Miracle Lifted?'

The Music City Miracle ushered in a really painful era for Bills fans. The 'lateral' from TE Frank Wycheck to WR Kevin Dyson is a part of football lore. It ushered in 17 years for the Bills without a playoff appearance.

On November 26th the Bills lost an OT heart breaker to the then juggernaut Eagles in Philly. It was another tough OT loss for the Bills and they stood at 6-6 without many tie breakers, and the remainder of the toughest part of their schedule ahead. The season looked lost.

On December 9th, Frank Wycheck, the man who made the questionable lateral that started the curse passed on.

The next day, on December 10th the Bills went into KC and beat the Chiefs. Despite some very ugly outings the Bills have not lost since.

Wycheck was a terrific player, a true and honest competitor. I wish him RIP. But maybe, just maybe he is out there in the cosmos, knowing he and the Titans got away with one in that playoff game, and has been a lucky charm for the Bills since????

I know it's silly, but tomorrow his Titans could do the Bills a big favor....

Something to ponder. Either way RIP Frank Wycheck. No hard feelings big guy.

Go Bills!

Way too young at 52.  He was a terrific player without the throwback play. Bills franchise is overdue for a stretch of good luck.
