Of course, the biggest positive is that the Bills won 12 games, their 4th straight division title, and played a lot of meaningful, exciting and winning football in December and January.  A far cry from the days of playing out the string starting before Thanksgiving.

I said this right after the game, and it likely got buried amid all the drama, but during the fourth quarter I found myself thinking "How many years did I watch a great game like this -- and it was a GREAT game with multiple lead changes, etc. -- and think to myself 'I wish my team would be this good one day.' " 

 

There was some joy coming from Fish fans' post-game, and I'm thinking "How screwed up is your team that your joy comes from watching your daddy lose while you sit at home with a first-read-only quarterback who could NEVER keep up in game like this?"
