None.  Except in extremely rare occassions.  So will stick with "none" as it is "close enough."  :classic_wink:

There are oyster bed farms in the Florida panhandle and Alabama coast, so we don’t make them at home (there are 50 cent specials at one of our favorite seafood restaurants), we can get them at  most restaurants.

Also tons of fresh catch. There are a number of local fresh seafood stores, so we make a lot of fresh fish at home. Occasionally, someone will sell at the local farmers market (fresh fish and gulf shrimp).

Out? Besides the oysters, crab seems to be available frequently, and we will get whatever the local catch of the day happens to be.

Clam/mussels/oysters as they are delicious, fresh (if you are in the right place) and a PIA to prepare at home.

Trout is probably my favorite fish to order out.  Cod is another one.

Salmon is easy to prep and we make it at home all the time so don't order that very often.

Sometimes entree sized shellfish like lobster, but that is also pretty easy to do at home.  Just recently I bought four big dungeness crabs from a fisherman right off his boat near me;  had them in the pot 30 minutes later.  Insanely good.
