Crap Throwing Clavin
Not great movement up and down the field or sideline to sideline. But damn if he isn't great in slant pursuit.
Uncle Joe
A teammate of Dalton? That should help him get acclimated to the Biĺls.

Mind giving a quick synopsis of what we can expect from him? (Can't honestly say recall seeing any Utah games in pretty much forever.) Perfect pick. Now we just need to double up on Luke McCaffrey at WR Edited April 27 by Jabba The Hutt

I think he’ll be a Day One starter. 1 1
SquirminThurman
@Taro T From NFL.com Productive/ Team Captain 2021: Honorable Mention All-Pac-12 Conference. Played in 10 games with starts in the final 6 contests (54 tackles, 9 TFL with 3 sacks, 5 PBUs, blocked kick). 2022: Honorable Mention All-Pac-12 Conference. Led the team with 83 tackles. Played in all 14 games with 13 starts (6 TFL with 1.5 sacks, INT, 3 PBUs). 2023: Second-team All-Pac-12 Conference. Played in 11 games with 10 starts (60 tackles, 6.5 TFL with 3 sacks, 2 INTs, 3 PBUs, FF). Team captain. Overview Bishop was a highly productive tackler and valuable three-year starter for Utah. He stays busy around the line of scrimmage and can dart into gaps but can be a little slow playing off of big blockers. Bishop has man coverage potential on tight ends and is a bona fide striker when crashing down from his zone perch. He balances pursuit flow with a last-line-of-defense mentality as a run defender from high safety but will lose discipline in his deep safety duties at times. Bishop is an enforcer with NFL size and toughness for consideration in both down safety and split safety alignments. Strengths Proportional frame with good length and size. Solid stop-start burst in coverage and pursuit. Good route anticipation and lateral burst from off-man against UCLA. Looks to blister receivers in his zone with everything he's got. Hustle never shuts off, regardless of his proximity to the ball. Navigates traffic and knifes into crevices as a box defender. Weaknesses Desire to make plays causes him to vacate coverage zones. Below-average eye balance between route and quarterback. Needs to do a better job of playing off run blocks near the line. Focus on blocker in front of him causes him to miss play development. Pursuit can lack pacing control, leading to overruns. Edited April 27 by SquirminThurman 2

(Can't honestly say recall seeing any Utah games in pretty much forever.) He's a "3-level" safety, much like how the BILLS used Poyer. He's very good at the LOS of scraping/avoiding contact and knifing through to make plays. He's a big dude and plays that way (6'2", nearly 210), so he can handle TEs all by himself, unlike most guys who play the position. 1
