Should the Buffalo Bills make any voluntary changes to their coaching staff?

The Buffalo Bills went on a great run in 2020, winning 13 regular-season games and two playoff games before falling to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game. Obviously, some things went very right this year.

So what voluntary changes should the team make to the coaching staff, if any?
