Lots. Most unique — water Buffalo. Did you know a water Buffalo can be shot with 3, 30 caliber rounds at once and be just fine? I found out the hard way. God bless 50 cals.

Some kind of nasty local conch that I tried in Aruba, I honestly thought I was going to barf it out as I swallowed, but I got it down and kept it down.

I had a bite of my brother's Ostrich burger at some place in Massachusetts once. 

Does goat count? I had some goat that was roasted like a pig roast at a Haitian BBQ.....it was delicious.

Not too exciting a list.

Read a story once about Sir Samuel Baker shooting a water buffalo with a slug from his gun "Baby" - a 3-bore.  Something like a .90 slug with 270 grains of powder behind it.  And he hurt himself more than the water buffalo.
