There's so much going on here, I wasn't sure where to post it. A place where we post funny shit seems appropriate. Not  because of the charges. But  because of the punishment.

It looks like historically a "gender-based violence expert" is someone who's studied "gender-based violence" in armed conflict (e.g. rape in a war).  That's sensible.  I probably have at least one book on the subject on my bookshelf.

 

But this?  I have no &#%$ing idea.
