Real maple syrup or do you use fake?

On French toast and pancakes love the real maple syrup. 

Use fake if restaurants don’t have real

Real is the only choice.  A bit of melted butter and drown breakfast with the syrup.

Real, I can get it pretty cheap up in the Adirondacks. The Costco stuff isn't bad either.

I assume they aren't allowed to call it maple syrup, which is something.

 

But yeah, can't imagine pouring corn syrup on my pancakes.

When ordering breakfast out the selection will depend if they serve real maple syrup.

If it's available, real maple syrup would be my choice.

Real maple syrup 100% of the time. If I'm having breakfast at a restaurant, I'll usually opt for huevos rancheros or breakfast tacos. I don't think I've ever seen a restaurant that uses real maple syrup.

If we know we're going out for breakfast, I take real maple syrup with me.  If we just stop somewhere, I don't order anything that requires it.  Fake maple syrup is for Communists.
