Well it’s Tampa Bay vs Montreal

should be quite the contrast between

the packed Florida arena and the limited seating Habs

They will be reducing limitations.

Prices are notably different too, this is a snip from an AP article:

What will hometown Lightning fans have to shell out for this Wednesday’s Game 2 at Amalie Arena? As of 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29, the cheapest tickets available via Ticketmaster are $430 for nosebleed seats, and the most expensive and closest to the ice are going for as much as $8,000. Over at StubHub, the cheapest tickets are still a bit cheaper at just under $400; the best ones are running from around $3,000 to $7,650.

If you want to get ahead of the game and buy seats for a potential Game 5 in Tampa Bay, you’ll have to shell out a minimum of approximately $775 today — for a match that might not even happen.

Hockey fans in the Great White North have it even worse, though. Ticket reselling site Gametime is selling tickets to Game 3 in Montreal for a bare minimum of $3,499, and their best seats top out at a whopping $17,720. And that’s in U.S. dollars — in Canadian dollars, those ticket prices convert to $4,330 and $21,931, respectively.

Montreal played a great game and still lost.  The mojo Price had working earlier in the playoffs seems to be gone.

Canada keeping people outta the building while hundreds of thousands congregate together in the streets makes "progressives" look even dumber than usual.

Yep.  But they'd look even dumber if they did open the rink up to full/ nearly full capacity.

'While the virus is deadly indoors in most all circumstances, getting drunk watching your team piss away its 1st chance at the title in 28 years squeezed next to some other fat drunk guy is one of those circumstances that the virus is rendered harmless' is even dumber than their current stance IMHO.

The Quebec government is anything but progressive.  The federal party has zero say in this.

We actually have a right wing provincial government in place.  The problem is that the people in the rural areas are afraid of Covid and they are the base of this government.

Now they won’t let players’ family into Canada for the potential Cup celebration?

Is there some wildly different COVID situation up there or are they just being douchebags?
