I'm not sure how you're going to tackle a player if the defender is behind him.

Pretty sure it's the NFL's way of finding SOME WAY of getting the Fishies another championship 50+ years later.  (Yes, realize the Bills are pushing 60 years on that front.  Don' care.)

Well... they could just mandate that their schedule is in a state of constant flux and they will only play teams under .500. As for the playoffs, any team with a winning tecord they face, would only be allowed to field 7 players.
