No, but you can blame him for throwing  on 3d and goal from the ten and saving Texas a TO inside of 3 minutes.

 

If Texas didn’t have that TO, Washington would have ended the game taking a knee after the onside kick.

 

Also thought the play calling after recovering the fumble (up 13 with about 12 minutes left) was reckless.  Four straight incompletions (one was DPI) and a punt.
