Yeah, that doesn't find you a franchise QB.  That finds you ex-QBs - at best, it finds other teams' franchise QBs.  In fact, let's ask Sam Darnold about that...

Brady throws a pass, pass is tipped, Rams defender rides the back of the Bucs receiver, giving him no chance on the tipped ball.  Flags fly for pass interference...and are picked up, because there's no PI on a tipped ball.
