What is everyone planning for thanksgiving

Will have 9 in total, maybe 10 if our friend from NYC comes.  He’s a mainstay on Thanksgiving but was nervous about gatherings this year, especially with my parents doing.  He’s more likely to come when he found out they have high anti-bodies.  

 

I hate knowing that people spend this holiday on their own.  I’m still kicking myself for not being more forceful in not insisting that Paul join us when my parents were living in Balt.

 

No turkey this year, doing a huge pork shoulder instead.

Just the wife and me, so we cooked a small turkey breast, creamed onions, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy. I made the desert. No pies this year. This: Ina Garten’s Pumpkin Flan with Maple Glaze  It turned out great.
