high school - but most complicated formulation in the NFL

they should quit calling plays with option routes until they get their confidence back

 - take too long and WERs and Josh aren't on the same page anyway

can't remember the last time Josh hit a short crosser in stride

the plays are in the playbook because the backup QBs hit them more than a few times for big yardage to a bunch of no-name WRs

A staple in the K-gun years ago.  Andre Reed became a hall of famer doing a lot of that.

He’s a caught cheating flaming douche bag who has won absolutely nothing.

if you're not cheating, you're not trying

it worked for Brady for 7 Super Bowls

Bills are too soft and ethical

if you were Harbaugh what QB would you rather coach?

In Chicago he’d be coming in with a newly drafted QB and no expectations of reaching a SB.

Last I heard was Harbaugh still holds a grudge against the Bills going back to words said by Jim Kelly.  Maybe he would warm up to Buffalo given Beane and Pegula.

I can't remember the year or the game, but I remember Harbaugh getting in the face of one of our DT after a legit sack. Real animated-like, even though he was outweighed by 100+ lbs. He's a sore loser. That's exactly what we need right now. No more "process." No more choirboys. No more clapping. It's time for some attitude.

Still have to have coaching candidates who want to come here.  Hopefully, quite a bit of our image has been polished since the Pegula's took over.

and little chance of actually becoming good enough to reach a SB in Chicago

I'd have to think we are a top destination.

You sure about that?

He took a previously terribly coached Mike Singletary team to the Conference Championship his first year (also won HC of the year), and the Super Bowl his second year.

I’m not so sure. Bills are a win-now or it’s a failure team.  Many potential new coaches would rather help construct a team from the ground up vs prioritize the possibility of a championship sooner.

I bet McDermott was having a lot more fun in ‘17 than he is now.

Jon Gruden? He's done it once already...
