Wasn't he shaken up a bit early in the Chargers game?

 

I could argue that not practicing Diggs gives the other receivers more time with Allen, which could ultimately benefit Diggs more than practicing himself, if because of the additional practice those other receivers can...y'know, get open and catch the &#%$ing ball and take some coverage off Diggs.

He was but I thought the NFL policy was listing an injury if there was one. Only listed vet rest one day. No reason the others. 

That said, Josh to Diggs is built into the mechanics.  Josh to Shorter not so much.
