@DKSportsbook  wants to void 178 wagers made in "error" totaling $4,182.36 that could cost the book $575,436.82.

 

A full-vote by the @MassGamingComm  is set for later this afternoon as to whether the wagers will be voided.

 

Incorrect totals on a Same Game Parlay for points, rebounds, and assists were posted for a game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Denver Nuggets on October 24.

 

The numbers set by Sportcast were intended to be for just the 1st quarter, but were offered for the entire game.

 

The incorrect numbers were up for all of 13 minutes in the afternoon of October 23. Yet, bettors still pounced.

 

Per DK approved House Rules, they will not cancel or void a wager(s) due to an “obvious error” without prior approval of the MGC.

 

Its House Rules define an “error” as bets are places at odds that are materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was placed.

 

The Sports Wagering Division said it no reservations about moving forward in voiding the wagers in question because DK's request is in compliance with state regulations.
