Fine, don't like Nestlé, then Truvani has a multivitamin.

You think a conglomerate like Nestle is selling "whole foods based" vitamins?

Oh, but they're "USDA Natural" certified.  You think the same USDA in the pocket of Monsanto and Big Agriculture can be trusted in this particular case?

The Vitamin Shoppe down the road carries Garden of Life.  I'll be headed out there later today.  Not to buy, of course, just to check the labeling.  I'll continue to get my vitamins from fresh fruits and vegetables - y'know, like Garden of Life says.

What, people can't just read labels?

Most people these days prefer to have an app tell them what to think

I'm going to create an app that explicitly tells people which app they should use to tell them what to think.  "Clavin App, what app should I install to tell me what to think about the Italian Renaissance?"  I'll just link it to ChatGPT.

What better name than the "Clavin App?"

No better source than fresh, I wouldn't take that garbage but if somebody hard-headed enough begged for a pill they can take then it seems it would be better than 99% of the poisons that pass as vitamins.

Its beyond labels. The app tells the story on each additive and research of what those do to you. Not really the place to go on here. I will post about it in the food post on OT.

The app Im speaking of is a great education tool to know what the chemicals in your "food" do to you. Most have no clue,  afterall the fda allows it. I know you were replying to @Crap Throwing Clavin reply but knock it after you try it. I dare you to download it and scan the "food" in your cupboard and see what you are eating.

Or I can just read the labels.

Did anyone know that Starburst candies used to list a polymer plastic as an ingredient?  I forget exactly what...and they got it rebranded as a "food additive" so it no longer reads as a polymer plastic.  [/Clavin]

(And no, I don't eat Starburst.)

How can Canadian bacon be the real topic when it's not real bacon?

it’s mentioned in this piece, starts in the spring. It will be an option given (and probably pushed) to those diagnosed with a mental illness.
